you want, add them to your cart, and complete our quick checkout

you your shipping costs and estimated delivery dates before you place
your order. After you place your order, we will consistently track its

How To Order
It's easy to order with us -- we make it simple, fast, and with no
signup. You can search for items using the side category links or by
using our keyword search box, which is located in the left section of
every page of our store.
When you are ready to purchase an item, click the "Add To Shopping
Cart" button. You will be directed to a page where you can view all
items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping
cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart as well as a
subtotal and shipping charges. Once all the items you want to buy are
in your Shopping Cart, you can click the "Proceed to Checkout" button
where you will enter your order information. Our checkout process is
simple, fast and no sign up necessary.
Canceling or Changing an Order
We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. For this
reason, some orders cannot be cancelled. We will gladly ATTEMPT to
cancel or change your order, provided the order has not yet entered the
shipping process.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping
process, it cannot be cancelled or changed by our customer service
department. However, you may return the item subject to our return
policy. In order to request a cancellation or change to your order,
please call 866-716-3163. To ensure timely processing of your cancellation, please do not send your request via email.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept several methods of payment as listed below. No matter what
method you choose, we guarantee that every transaction you make on our
site will be 100% secure. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Credit Cards
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
cards. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our
secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. After your
payment is complete, your credit card number is deleted from our system.
PayPal
We are pleased to accept payment through PayPal, the trusted leader in
online payments. PayPal enables buyers and businesses to send and
receive money online, safely and privately, and with no fee. PayPal
provides industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When
you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the
merchant.
Payment by Check
We do accept personal checks, travelers checks and bank draft checks.
All checks require a 10 day hold. Once the check has cleared your
purchase will be shipped. If you have any questions about payment by
check please call our toll free number or email. All checks must be
made out to Best Knife Source and mailed to our mailing address.
Pricing
We offer you consistently low prices on every item in
our store. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and all orders placed
on Best Knife Source will be charged in U.S. dollars. If you live
outside the U.S., this charge is converted by your bank into your local
currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that
currency. In some cases there may be a Foreign Transaction Charge
placed by the credit card processor.
Sales Tax
Items sold or shipped to destinations in the state of Virginia are
subject to sales tax. Laws require that we charge sales tax on the full
amount of the order.
Backordered Items
Periodically, due to the overwhelming popularity of an item, a product
must be placed on backorder until additional inventory is received. If
your order includes an item that has been placed on backorder, you will
promptly be notified by a Customer Service Specialist, who will provide
you with options to fulfill your current order.
Legal Issues
Some of the products we sell are restricted by particular countries,
states, or cities. By purchasing an item from our website, you
acknowledge that you have the legal capacity and are of legal age to do
so.

found on your printed receipt or your confirmation email.
Special Orders
If you purchase a a Special Order knife or knife car product please expect to wait anywhere from 3-5 weeks to receive your order. In some cases you may order a knife that is in stock but goes out of stock before it can be shipped from the distributer. In this case your order becomes a special order. If you don't receive your order within in a week of purchase and have received no shipping confirmation email - your order may have become a "special order". We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping & Delivery (return to top of page)
-Free UPS Ground or USPS shipping on "BKS Choice" Orders of $101 or more and $8.99 Flat Rate shipping for orders under $101 available only to continental USA (Continental USA only. Hawaii, Alaska & International shipping at standard shipping rates). If you prefer faster shipping give us a call and we'll let you
know what it will cost. If you are shipping over seas, anywhere outside of US or to a PO Box and want to know your shipping costs prior to making your
purchase, please email or call us and we can provide you with the costs with in
24hrs. Some real time shipping costs are available upon checkout. However, actual costs may vary.
-All orders shipped to Military personnel at
APO/FPO addresses are FREE. There is no limit on the size or cost of the order.
-Items are shipped by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for
larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by
standard UPS Ground service. All orders shipping to a P.O. Box or
APO/FPO address will only be shipped via US Mail (Priority or Surface).
All freight carriers also provide international shipping, Please note
that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be
shipped by air under any circumstances.
-IMPORTANT NOTICE for all of our INTERNATIONAL (outside of USA) customers. Please note that certain products are not available for export due to
restrictions by the vendor. We are NOT responsible for any duties
and/or import taxes associated with any international order. All
charges relating to duties, taxes, permits, customs and
broker fees are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. BestKnifeSource.com will determine and charge applicable shipping charges and ad these to your order. The shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS) will bill you, the customer, for all additional charghes. Please
contact us if you have questions on any international orders outside the continental USA.
-Parcels are insured at the published carrier insurance rate and we
will bill you unless otherwise instructed in writing. Should you choose
to self insure, Best Knife Source will have no liability for lost or
damaged parcels, once the parcel leaves any of our warehouses.
-In the event that a product is unavailable on your order we will
notify you. Generally, any orders that are only partially in stock will
be held until 100% of the order can be filled. If you wish us to ship a
partial order please email or call us. There may be shipping charge if
the partial order is less than $101. If you are shipping at our flat rate $6.99 per order and you choose to break up the order - you will be charged $6.99 per shipment.
-We will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders
received before 2:00pm EST will most likely be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 2:00pm EST will be shipped the following business
day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship
orders by close of business Friday. With standard U.S. shipping (which typically takes 3-5 business days),
you can determine that your order should arrive 4-7 business days after
you place it.
-Back ordered items are not charged to your credit card until they
are shipped. You will not be charged in advance unless there are
special circumstances AND we have your consent.
-We want you to receive your order quickly and your satisfaction is
truly important to us. Please take the time to call or e-mail with any
questions prior to your order.
Returns & Replacements (return to top of page)
Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will refund
your money less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. You must first
contact us to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization). Failure to obtain an
RA Number before returning your item(s) will cause additional cost and
delay.
We will not pay for shipping charges under any circumstance. *Return
items must be in perfect resalable condition with all original
paperwork and packaging. Certain manufacturers insist on defective or
damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you will need
to check with us before returning this merchandise. There is no
restocking fee when returning damaged merchandise.
To return an item, just send us an e-mail with your order number and
the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong
thing, etc.) and we'll get back to you ASAP.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will
receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit
time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business
days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it
(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our
refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of
your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
