If the knife you are looking for is "out of stock" please contact us and we will special order the knife. There is NO additional charge for special orders. In some cases the knife is out of stock because the maker can only produce a limited number of knives and, well, they just sell so many that they can't keep up with the demand! We'll do our best to get the knife to you as quickly as possible.
